A Classic Portrait Session In Downtown Clarksville, TN

When Shannon reached out to me wanting to do a just-for-fun portrait shoot, I couldn’t help but do a little happy dance in my little home office! My creativity really flourishes in these types of situations where the client is up for anything and let’s me rattle off crazy ideas.

We met in the parking lot of Clarksville Parks & Recreation just an hour before sunset and walked up and down the streets finding textured walls, benches, and landscape creating different overall moods throughout the gallery.

I learned that self improvement and discovery was something Shannon had been putting a lot of focus on in her life, and that really became the driver of the session. One of the things I love about one-on-one sessions is that I get to know clients on an even deeper level and it really helps me capture the true emotion of the individual.

Cheers,
Ava Vienneau
