One of the first things people always ask me is, “How did you become a photographer?” In the hopes of inspiring other creatives along their journey, I want to share a little more about how I got here and what I’ve learned.
In case you haven’t noticed, 2020 wedding season is looking a little… well, different than in years past. With the pandemic looming over their heads, couples have been opting to postpone their weddings entirely, switch to family-only gatherings, or just throw tradition to the wind and straight-up elope.
When I first met these two love birds, it felt like I had known them for a lifetime! Their session took place at their wedding venue, Arrington Vineyards. This place holds such a special place in my heart and I can’t wait to photograph their wedding day!
I learned that self improvement and discovery was something Shannon has been putting a lot of focus on in her life, and that really became the driver of this session.
